How soon should I make my plans?
We recommend that you secure the reservation when you know you want to move forward to ensure that we reserve the inventory, as well as a spot on the production schedule, for your event needs. Please note, our busiest months of the year are May, June, and September.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday - by appointment only.
What do you charge for delivery and pickup?
Our delivery and pickup charges are formulated by zip code. Basic delivery fees are for ground floor delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply to requested drop locations other than ground floor or non dock deliveries. Our delivery personnel will pick up your items from the same location. Please place all items back into their original containers or laundry bags provided. Tables and chairs should be broken down and restacked, as delivered, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do you offer specific timed delivery or during early morning or late evening timeframes?
Yes. Please make us aware of your needs. There are additional service charges added for this convenience.
Do I need to return my dishes clean?
Yes, all dishes, glasses, flatware must be returned clean (rinsed with no residue) or there is a 25% cleaning charge. Final count & inspection to be performed at our warehouse. Replacement charges will apply to missing inventory.
How can I get a quote?
To receive a free quote, fill out our contact form or call (513) 882-2951 during our office hours. One of our non-commissioned sales representatives will help you figure out exactly what it is you'd like and send over a quote in a timely manner.
Where are you located?
We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio (Roselawn/Amberly Village Area).
Can I rent festival booths?
Yes, ColdIron is known for our classic burgundy and white booths. For more information, visit the booths page in our product catalog.
Can you provide rentals for a church festival?
No event is too big or too small for ColdIron! We work with local events all over the Tri-State. We provide rentals from festivals as small as your local parish festival to as big as Zinzinnati Oktoberfest, and everything in-between.
Do you have wedding or party packages to look at?

Table and Chair Rentals
Is the labor included with tables and chairs?
We offer set up and take down service at an additional cost, just ask!

How do I return my rented linens?
Linens should be shaken and air dried before placing in the laundry bags or totes to prevent mildew. Final count & inspection to be performed at our warehouse. Replacement charges will apply to missing inventory.
Do you set up my rented tent?
Yes, we professionally set up all of our tent inventory.
